Nasdaq, Inc. seeks a senior leader for the Expert Functions Audit team.

You will manage the Finance & Workplace sub portfolio, including Treasury, Accounting, Tax, and Workplace functions, collaborating with global leaders to strengthen risk management, governance, and internal controls. Reporting to the Head of Expert Functions Audit, you will lead multiple audits, coach staff, coordinate with third-party reviewers, and partner with business leaders across Finance and Workplace.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of internal audit or risk-focused work.
• Experience with regulated businesses or financial exchanges.
• CPA preferred with ability to lead audit professionals.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the audit plan for designated sub portfolio.
• Coordinate with third-party providers for expert reviews.
• Lead and coach the Expert Functions team with ongoing performance management.
• Set priorities, remove obstacles, and ensure high-quality audit work.
• Partner with senior leaders to assess risk, governance and controls.
• Lead multiple audits, manage priorities and timelines.
• Define scopes, perform procedures, and evaluate control design/operating effectiveness.
• Collaborate to address root causes in action plans and outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders.
