Job summary

Sabre is seeking a Director, SOX & Internal Audit to lead global Sarbanes‑Oxley and technology risk monitoring. You will guide control rationalization, manage senior stakeholder relationships, and mentor a high-performing team in a fast-paced, AI-enabled audit environment.

You will drive risk-based internal audits, partner with external auditors, and leverage automation to improve testing coverage and efficiency. Strong leadership and technical credentials are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of internal audit experience in technology or SaaS environments.
• Active certification such as CISA or CIA.
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley, COSO, NIST and COBIT.
• Proven cybersecurity governance, IAM, vulnerability management and secure SDLC.
• Experience applying generative AI and automation to audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Sarbanes-Oxley program for global operations.
• Direct risk-based operational audits and report to executives.
• Collaborate with external auditors and business leaders to fix controls.
• Mentor audit staff to grow technical risk and cyber capabilities.
• Implement AI, automation and data analytics to enhance testing.
