Qualifications

• 7–10 years in experiential marketing or event production.
• Experience overseeing multiple concurrent programs.
• Experience managing teams of producers and coordinators.
• Expertise in budget management and financial reporting.
• Experience contributing production strategy and pricing to proposals and new business pitches.
• High EQ with strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Willingness to travel 20–40% for site visits, activations, and client meetings, depending on program load.
• Availability for flexible work schedules, including nights and weekends when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide program oversight and ensure quality across all open programs from pre-production to final delivery.
• Lead production team meetings and manage resourcing for profitable deployment of staff and freelancers.
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and margins; maintain real-time program health across the portfolio.
• Own production input on proposals, pitches, and pricing to win profitable business.
