AXIS Capital in Stamford, CT, seeks a Senior Director, Executive Recruitment, Talent Intelligence & Advisory to lead global executive searches and provide strategic leadership hiring guidance. Reporting to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, you will collaborate with the CEO, EXCO, and senior HR leaders to identify, assess, attract, and advise on leadership decisions.

You will combine executive search, talent intelligence, market mapping, leadership assessment, and advisory skills to build

Competenze

• Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in executive search and talent acquisition.
• Minimum of 7 years leading executive searches with strategy, market mapping, assessment, and offers.
• Proven experience partnering with C-suite executives and executive leadership.
• Experience conducting market mapping, talent intelligence, and succession-related research.
• Experience developing executive candidate assessments and leadership profiles.
• Experience managing retained search firms and external partners.
• Ability to travel globally as business needs require.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end executive and senior leadership searches globally across all functions.
• Define leadership requirements with CEO and EXCO and develop search strategies.
• Design and execute search plans including market mapping and candidate engagement.
• Identify, engage, assess, and recruit senior executive talent, including passive candidates.
• Develop candidate slates supported by market intelligence and assessments.
• Facilitate interview processes, calibrations, and finalist evaluations.
• Collaborate on offer development, negotiation, and closing strategies.
• Deliver a differentiated candidate experience reflective of AXIS's leadership brand.
• Develop and maintain executive talent maps and external succession pipelines.
• Advise senior leadership on talent strategy, market intelligence, leadership capability, and succession planning.
• Manage external search firms and partnerships; drive governance and compliance.
