Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve integrated evidence plans from early development through post-launch.
• Guide cross-functional evidence teams by setting strategic direction and communicating recommendations.
• Provide scientific oversight for studies from concept development through execution.
• Inform investment and portfolio decisions by overseeing evidence generation budgets and presenting recommendations.
• Build internal and external partnerships to understand stakeholder requirements and deliver evidence efficiently.
• Strengthen evidence generation capabilities through coaching and inclusive leadership.
