McKinstry, based in Seattle, WA, seeks a Senior Director, Corporate Tax to lead the enterprise tax strategy and oversee compliance, provision, and risk management for multiple entities. You will guide a high-performing tax team and partner with executive leadership.

The role drives tax governance, audits, and cross-functional collaboration, while shaping technology plans across ERP, AI, and analytics to improve forecasting and controls.

Formación

• 18+ years of progressive tax experience (Big 4 or regional) with in-house leadership.
• Deep expertise in partnership and pass-through tax structures across multi-entity operations.
• Experience owning ASC 740 tax provision, deferred tax, and uncertain tax positions.

Responsabilidades

• Own and advance enterprise tax strategy aligning with corporate strategy and capital allocation.
• Lead tax accounting and financial reporting including ASC 740 GAAP provision.
• Provide executive oversight of federal/state tax audits across entities.
• Build and lead a high-performing tax team and establish governance frameworks.
• Lead tax technology strategy integrating ERP, AI, automation, and analytics.
