Job summary

UKG is seeking a senior corporate strategy professional to collaborate with executive leadership on high-priority initiatives. You will drive market-entry and product strategy projects, support planning, and deepen understanding of the HCM landscape while partnering with leaders across the business.

You will present findings, build narratives, and influence strategic decisions with an evidenced-based approach, contributing to a $5+B global business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of work experience with 2–3 years at a leading management consulting firm (e.g. Bain, BCG, LEK, McKinsey).
• MBA or other post-graduate degree preferred with strong academic achievement.
• Strong ability to develop hypotheses, decision frameworks and drive analyses to support strategic recommendations.
• Distinctive presentation building skills and ability to tell the story of complex business issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects including market entry, product strategy, operational initiatives, and strategic alliances
• Provide internal consulting support to the Executive Committee and functional leaders
• Support ongoing strategic planning initiatives and shape strategic direction of the business
• Build and maintain deep understanding of the HCM market, its key players and competitive dynamics
• Attend internal and external industry events
• Build deep relationships with UKG leaders and foster collaboration across teams and levels
