UKG seeks a Senior Director, Corporate Strategy, to lead the enterprise strategy for a $5B+ global business. You will report to the Chief Strategy Officer and influence executives across the organization, shaping priorities and driving action with analytics-driven insights.

Responsibilities include steering strategic initiatives, building coalitions, and delivering executive-ready communications that impact decisions and execution.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant experience in Corporate Strategy or related field.

Responsibilities

• Shape UKG's enterprise strategy and multi-year strategic agenda.
• Serve as trusted advisor to the Executive Committee and leaders across the business.
• Sponsor and lead cross-functional strategy engagements across market entry and product strategy.
• Identify and activate opportunities to accelerate growth and improve margins.
• Set analytical approaches for complex strategic questions including market sizing and business cases.
• Build coalitions across functions to move recommendations to decisions.
• Distill complex issues into board-ready narratives and materials.
• Represent Corporate Strategy in industry and market forums.
• Lead, coach, and develop strategy talent with high accountability.
