Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team for Enterprise S&OP/IBP and risk management.
Establish and improve the S&OP operating model connecting Plan with execution layers.
Create a forward-looking view of material risks and translate signals into decisions.
Lead scenario analysis and evaluate trade-offs across priorities.
Establish escalation and decision mechanisms for senior leaders.
Ensure decisions translate into ownership, actions, timelines and closure.
Define performance measures for risk aging and delivery predictability.
Partner with Product/Data/Analytics/Tech to define the digital roadmap for S&OP.
