Qualifications

• PhD, PharmD or equivalent advanced degree in a related health/science field.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in public health preparedness, infectious disease management, or pharmaceutical operations.
• Experience advising executives and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern Lilly's enterprise pandemic preparedness strategy.
• Advise executives on outbreak risks and investment decisions.
• Lead cross-functional response teams during public health emergencies.
• Coordinate with regulatory and public health partners.
