Jackson Health Collective (JHC) is seeking a Senior Director of Business Development to drive enterprise growth across our healthcare staffing portfolio. This leadership role focuses on building a pipeline, managing complex procurements, and closing large MSP and health system contracts.

You will lead outbound strategies to target health systems, identify $1M+ opportunities, and coordinate cross-functional teams from HR to legal.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of business development or sales experience within healthcare staffing, closing large, complex contracts.
• Experience selling MSP programs, familiarity with VMS platforms, procurement cycles, and enterprise buying processes.
• Proven ability to close opportunities with $1M+ ACV and engage Director–C-suite stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead outbound strategy targeting large health systems, IDNs, MSPs, and enterprise staffing opportunities.
• Generate net-new meetings via calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn, referrals, and events.
• Own opportunities from discovery through contract negotiation and close.
• Maintain CRM discipline, pipeline visibility, and accurate forecasting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment of new contracts.
