Qualifications

• Minimum 12+ years managing large teams in regulated utility or transportation.
• 10+ years progressive leadership in fleet or asset management.
• 7+ years vehicle maintenance and repair experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Fleet Team with 5 direct reports and a mix of 97 union and nonunion employees.
• Develop multi-year fleet investment strategy aligned with goals and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of vehicles and equipment; optimize cost and reliability.
• Drive KPIs, dashboards, and data-driven decision making across operations.
