Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Sr Director, Enterprise Data Strategy & Governance to lead the development and execution of the company’s data strategy and governance framework. This highly visible role partners across businesses, functions, and technology to establish trusted, governed data assets for reporting, AI initiatives, and strategic transformation programs.

Qualifications

12+ years in Data Management, Governance, Analytics, or Digital Transformation.
5+ years leading enterprise-scale data governance or master data management programs.
Experience in globally distributed organizations with multiple business units.
Experience supporting large-scale ERP transformations, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
Proven success leading cross-functional transformation programs.

Responsibilities

Define and execute Honeywell's enterprise data strategy aligned with business transformation, operational excellence, S/4 modernization, and AI priorities.
Lead the design and implementation of an enterprise-wide data governance framework.
Establish ownership, accountability, and stewardship across data domains; drive data quality and lineage initiatives.
Lead organizational change management, governance forums, and executive governance reviews.
