Job summary

Honeywell Technologies in Atlanta is seeking a Sr Director, Enterprise Data Strategy & Governance to lead the development and execution of the company’s data strategy, governance framework, and data-quality initiatives. You will partner with executives to enable enterprise reporting, AI initiatives, and ERP modernization including SAP S/4HANA deployments.

This highly visible role requires deep cross-functional leadership, strategic vision, and the ability to drive governance with accountability

Qualifications

12+ years in Data Management, Governance, Analytics, or Digital Transformation.
5+ years leading enterprise-scale data governance, MDM, or data quality programs.
Experience in global organizations with multiple business units and SAP S/4HANA exposure.

Responsibilities

Define and execute enterprise data strategy aligned with business transformation and AI priorities.
Lead design and implementation of an enterprise-wide data governance framework.
Establish ownership, stewardship, and metrics across data domains (Master, Transactional, Reference, Analytical).
Drive data quality programs, lineage, and remediation across ERP, CRM, and manufacturing systems.
Lead organizational change and build partnerships with senior leaders to enable data-driven decisions.
