Qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering experience and leadership experience in distributed teams.
• Strong background in file management, data infrastructure, and enterprise-scale platforms.
• Experience with security, compliance, and data-residency requirements.

Responsibilities

• Set the customer content platform engineering strategy for file management, workspace, sharing controls, ingestion, and compliance infrastructure.
• Lead and develop engineering managers and globally distributed teams, overseeing hiring and performance development.
• Own end-to-end ownership of services from design to production operations, including on-call and incident response.
• Own the file and workspace platform, including sharing models, permissions, and BYOK/data residency features.
• Deliver scalable ingestion and file processing for millions of files per workspace with multi-tenant isolation and reliability.
• Build and operate connectors to third-party document systems (iManage, NetDocuments, SharePoint, HighQ, Box, Dropbox, Google Drive).
• Drive migration to the next generation platform with zero data loss and minimal customer disruption.
• Collaborate with other engineering pillars to meet agent workflow and user experience needs.
• Champion security, reliability, and compliance standards in a regulated legal environment.
