Ladders is seeking a Senior Director, Enterprise Architecture & Technology to lead the enterprise architecture program in a remote, US-based role. The role partners with technology and business leaders to align roadmaps, manage risk, and drive scalable growth while building a high-performing architecture team.

The candidate will shape governance, standards, and strategic direction, ensuring technology decisions support business objectives and deliver innovations with speed and discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 6 years of management experience overseeing teams.
• In-depth knowledge of enterprise architecture.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director, Enterprise Architecture & Technology to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This leader will shape enterprise architecture strategy and governance, ensuring technology decisions support business objectives, manage risk appropriately, and enable scalable growth. The role will partner closely with technology and business leaders to align roadmaps, improve cross-functional collaboration, and strengthen the organization’s ability to deliver innovation with speed and discipline. It also carries responsibility for building a high-performing architecture team and developing talent across the function.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $126,000 – $191,625 annually
