Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Master Enterprise Architect to shape enterprise technology strategy and guide decisions across domains in support of long-term business objectives. This remote US-based role partners with senior technology leaders, delivery teams, and business stakeholders to define target states, governance, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities include evaluating emerging technologies, translating architectural insights into actionable recommendations, and leading architecture

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 9+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong proficiency in negotiating and influencing senior technology and business leaders.
  • 9+ years of experience developing and integrating applications using software architecture principles.
  • Experience with architectural frameworks and enterprise architecture tools.
  • Proficiency in architecture modeling for domain capability planning.
  • Background in software engineering and solution architecture.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Master Enterprise Architect to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.
This role will shape enterprise technology strategy and guide decision-making across domains in support of long-term business objectives. The position partners closely with senior technology leaders, delivery teams, and business stakeholders to define target states, strengthen governance, and improve operational efficiency. The work also includes evaluating emerging technologies and translating architectural insights into actionable recommendations that support enterprise-scale change.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $167,600 – $279,400 annually
