Job summary

Ambarella is seeking a senior leader to guide our enterprise applications portfolio, spanning ERP, HRIS, Finance, and CRM. You will partner with senior leaders to prioritize initiatives and deliver measurable business value.

You will oversee the full lifecycle, govern data security, and drive cost efficiency while leading a global applications team based in Santa Clara, CA. The base range is in the $251k–$275k range, with RSU grants and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of enterprise application management experience.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience with ERP, HRIS, Finance, and CRM systems.
• Proven ability to lead global, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with Workday, Oracle 12, Azure, Adaptive.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise application strategy and roadmap.
• Oversee end‑to‑end application lifecycle from requirements to deployment.
• Ensure SOX compliance, data privacy, and information security.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a global applications team.
• Manage system integrators, vendors, and outsourcing partners.
• Own the applications budget and vendor contracts.
• Provide regular project status and risk reports to executives.
