Google Cloud Consulting seeks a Director of Complex Program Delivery to lead large-scale enterprise transformations, focusing on AI-driven and agentic initiatives. You will serve as the accountable owner for multi-stream programs, aligning delivery with executive vision and measurable business value.

You will manage cross-functional teams, drive change, and partner with customers to advance cloud adoption and ROI across Google Cloud and Gemini initiatives.

Qualifications

• 20 years of experience in a customer-facing role within management consulting, enterprise technology, or professional services (including 10 years in program management).
• Experience leading enterprise cloud/digital transformation programs and building relationships with C-suite stakeholders.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time to customer sites as required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Advise C-suite and VP+ stakeholders on AI transformation and end-to-end services strategy.
• Establish and lead program operating model and governance, driving adoption to realize value.
• Orchestrate multi-disciplinary programs spanning global offices and partners.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and roadmaps to align with business outcomes.
• Execute risk management and ensure process compliance to optimize delivery.
