Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive employer-development strategy across priority engineering and technology sectors.
Identify, cultivate, and steward relationships with leading companies, startups, and industry groups.
Build relationships with senior executives and talent leaders to expand Vanderbilt's employer portfolio.
Create scalable experiential-learning opportunities and expand internship and co-op pipelines.
Translate employer relationships into institutional partnerships across schools and programs.
Collaborate with leadership and alumni networks to strengthen market intelligence and engagement.
