Job summary

WellSense Health Plan is seeking a Senior Director of Encounters Technology Operations to lead end-to-end submission processes to MassHealth and New Hampshire DHHS. You will ensure compliance with service levels, drive process improvements, and manage a team of data and operations analysts dedicated to timely, accurate Encounters submissions.

You will partner with IT, Compliance, Finance, and other departments to address audits, manage budgets, and implement quality protocols while coordinating

Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of managing data and operational analysts.
• 7+ years leading encounters operations functions for a healthcare plan.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Encounters submission delivery and support to MassHealth and NH DHHS.
• Ensure compliance with contracted service levels for timeliness and accuracy.
• Manage end-to-end Encounters data processes from source to resolution.
• Collaborate with IT, Compliance, Finance and other teams to respond to audits and inquiries.
• Oversee budget estimation and vendor costs; track spend against budget.
