• 10+ years of progressive EHS experience with leadership in manufacturing.
• OSHA 30 certification required; additional certifications a plus.

• Develop and lead the company-wide EHS strategy across multiple locations.
• Provide strategic oversight and guidance to site-level EHS teams.
• Establish enterprise safety performance metrics and drive accountability.
