The EHS Director USA, Operations will mentor site EH&S teams, drive regulatory compliance with OSHA/EPA, and partner with regional leaders to build a best-in-class safety culture at Austin, TX or

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental science, safety, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years in EHS management in a manufacturing/industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations.
• Experience with workers' compensation & risk management.
• Certifications CSP or CIH preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor site EH&S professionals to implement corporate programs.
• Drive EH&S initiatives to improve performance and reduce risk.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to foster culture change in EH&S.
• Oversee incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Manage EH&S-related capital projects and due diligence for M&A.
