Qualifications

• Advanced training in a scientific or technical field with cross‑disciplinary ability.
• Experience in scientific program leadership, philanthropy, or research administration.
• Proven success leading multi‑stakeholder initiatives across organizational boundaries.
• Exceptional writing, synthesis, facilitation, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate leadership cohort meetings, manage rhythms and calendars.
• Prepare briefing materials, memos, pre‑reads, and discussion frameworks.
• Capture decisions, owners, and timelines with follow‑through cadence.
• Coordinate cross‑organizational workshops and expert consultations.
• Develop updates and dashboards for leadership across ecosystems.
