Job summary

The Metropolitan Transportation Authority seeks a Senior Director in Enterprise Asset Management Value Realization to maximize benefits from EAM systems across NYCT, MNR, LIRR, and TBTA. You will lead analytics, deployment support, and continuous improvement with a 3–5 person team.

You will drive adoption, refine workflows, and align maintenance, operations, and capital planning with best practices, leveraging data-driven decision tools and KPI tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Transportation, Technology, Public Policy, or related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years of highly related experience.
• Minimum 3 years directly managing a team of at least three professionals.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead value realization for EAM Hexagon/Octave deployments across MTA units.
• Guide adoption, optimize workflows, and standardize best practices for EAM analytics.
• Coach and manage a team of 3–5 analysts and data specialists.
• Develop analytics tools and dashboards delivering actionable insights.
• Coordinate cross-agency knowledge sharing and data integration efforts.
• Support change management and stakeholder engagement for system use.
