Job summary

Centessa Pharmaceuticals (a Lilly subsidiary) seeks a Senior Director, DMPK Project Leader to oversee DMPK activities supporting CNS drug candidates.

You will lead nonclinical PK experiments, in vitro ADME, biotransformation and bioanalytical studies to enable candidate progression, and coordinate cross-functional teams for data-driven decisions.

US-based with occasional travel; requires strong leadership, regulatory familiarity, and collaboration to support NDA submissions.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmacology, or related field.
• 10+ years of industry experience with expertise in DMPK, CNS drug discovery/development, and regulatory submissions including NDAs.
• Experience with PK modeling, GLP-compliance, and in silico PK prediction tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality DMPK data for project decisions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including clinical pharmacologists and toxicologists.
• Support NDA filings and regulatory submissions.
