Job summary

Centessa Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Director, DMPK Project Leader to drive nonclinical PK activities and support CNS drug development. The role will oversee PK, ADME, biotransformation, bioanalytical, and toxicokinetic studies within a dynamic, cross-functional team.

The successful candidate will have a Ph.D. in a relevant field, 10+ years in biotech/pharma, and expertise in DMPK, regulatory submissions (NDAs), and PK modeling tools such as Phoenix WinNonlin.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. required in a related field.
• 10+ years of industry experience in biotech/pharma.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nonclinical PK experiments.
• Support compound profiling and project progression.
• Lead NDA filings for DMPK.
• Analyze and communicate PK/toxicokinetic data to cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with discovery and development teams.
