Centessa Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Executive Director of Toxicology to provide scientific and strategic leadership for nonclinical safety in small-molecule drug development, with a focus on neurological indications.

The role leads toxicology teams across discovery to early clinical development, oversees GLP/non-GLP studies, and serves as the primary nonclinical safety representative in regulatory engagements, contributing to IND/NDA efforts and portfolio planning.

Qualifications

• PhD required in Toxicology, Pharmacology, Pathology, DVM or related field.
• 18+ years in pharma/biotech R&D with proven toxicology expertise.
• Experience in regulatory submissions and CRO management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
