Job summary

Maxwell Diligence seeks a senior client relationship lead for institutional investors. You will own the end-to-end engagement, deliver final diligence reviews, and ensure SEC and rating agency standards are met.

You will author reliance letters, liaise with the five major rating agencies, and drive transaction support to meet tight SLAs. The role requires 10+ years in mortgage due diligence or capital markets diligence, established Wall Street relationships, and hands-on use of LoanMac or

Qualifications

• 10+ years in mortgage due diligence, quality control, or capital markets diligence.
• Established relationships with Wall Street institutional investors.
• Hands-on experience with LoanMac or equivalent review platforms.
• Expertise in securitization, SEC compliance, and rating agency guidelines.
• Experience authoring reliance letters accepted by major institutional investors.
• Track record managing high-volume, time-sensitive diligence engagements.
• Tolerance for demanding hours and fast-moving deal cycles.
• Exceptional communication across client calls, written deliverables, and executive settings.

Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship end-to-end as primary contact for institutional investors.
• Deliver final review and sign-off on diligence results before client presentation.
• Lead securitization compliance for SEC reporting and rating agency standards.
• Author and manage reliance letters across all client engagements.
• Serve as primary liaison to rating agencies across all five major agencies.
• Support transaction management and deal execution to hit SLAs.
• Represent Maxwell Diligence externally with institutional clients.
• Partner with leadership on strategy and market positioning.
