Job summary

PLACE is building a category-defining company at the intersection of real estate, technology, business services, and the consumer. As Executive Director of Diligence, you will lead client relationships, deliver final diligence outcomes, and serve as the authoritative voice of Diligence with the institutions that move markets.

You’ll partner with the Chief Lending Officer to own the diligence lifecycle for elite clients, ensuring precise, timely reviews and trusted outcomes in high-stakes

Qualifications

• 10+ years in mortgage due diligence or capital markets diligence operations.
• Established relationships with Wall Street investors.
• Expertise in securitization, SEC compliance, and rating agency guidelines.
• Experience with diligence platforms (Lauramac).

Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship end-to-end for institutional clients.
• Deliver final diligence reviews and sign-off on loan portfolios.
• Lead securitization compliance to SEC and rating agency standards.
• Author and manage reliance letters for client engagements.
• Interface with rating agencies as the primary liaison for Diligence.
• Support transaction management and assist deal execution.
• Represent Diligence to institutional clients and shape market positioning.
