Job Type: Full Time
Duties: Plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as electronic data processing, information systems, systems analysis, and computer programming. Develop and architect custom scalable solutions that leverage enterprise MarTech platforms such as Adobe's Experience Manager, Assets, E-commerce, Analytics, and Target (Personalization). Work closely with sales, client services team and delivery lead on incoming client work, particularly by leading solution definition, estimations and scoping conversations for projects. Build technical design documents, review proposed solutions and build proposals by defining overall solutions and providing estimations for delivery. Develop code activities and assist developers and architects with any technical blockers. Oversee solutions through review meetings and provide necessary feedback and guidance to the team. Provide strategic inputs on portfolio roadmaps and assist in prioritization. Lead assessment projects by conducting stakeholder interviews and understanding key KPIs. Mentor developers and architects in their projects and remove any delivery roadblocks.
Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field followed by eleven years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or eleven years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in any occupation in which the required experience was gained. Experience must include one year of experience in each of the following:
