EAB in Philadelphia seeks a Senior Director of Capital Campaign Strategy to partner with our business development teams as the organization’s expert in digital fundraising and Advancement marketing for higher education. You will translate fundraising priorities into differentiated digital engagement strategies that drive donor acquisition and participation.

This role collaborates with analytics, creative, and delivery teams to shape innovative fundraising solutions and strengthen our market

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• At least 8-10+ years of progressively responsible experience in digital marketing, Advancement communications, fundraising strategy, media planning, or related field.
• At least 3 years advising higher education Advancement organizations with donor engagement experience.
• Strong knowledge of digital fundraising and paid media strategy across search, social, display, and video.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic digital fundraising advisor to business development teams.
• Act as subject-matter expert in digital fundraising and donor engagement for higher education.
• Translate institutional goals into differentiated digital marketing recommendations.
• Participate in discovery, proposals, and executive presentations.
• Collaborate with analytics, creative, and strategy teams to ensure feasible solutions.
• Advise on campaign messaging, audience segmentation, and donor journeys.
• Develop training materials and strategic frameworks for internal use.
• Travel domestically ~15–20% as needed.
