Position Summary
The Senior Director, Digital Activation will play a pivotal role in advancing digital transformation through innovation, operational excellence, and creative problem-solving. This leader will build and strengthen core capabilities across the team while developing and activating customized, forward‑thinking digital programs that extend beyond traditional display advertising.
The ideal candidate combines a strong understanding of the evolving digital ecosystem with an appetite for emerging technologies, innovative media solutions, and content development. They will translate strategy into impactful activations, identify opportunities that deliver value and efficiency, and navigate complex internal and external resources to drive client and agency growth.
Success in this role requires the ability to balance creativity and innovation with disciplined operational management—delivering measurable results, optimizing investment, and achieving ambitious savings objectives. Compared with the Director role, the Senior Director will assume greater responsibility for orchestrating internal and external resources, cultivating strategic partnerships, and identifying opportunities that advance both client and agency objectives.
The successful candidate will be a strategic and collaborative leader who can move seamlessly between high‑level vision and executional detail. They will bring curiosity, sound judgment, commercial acumen, and a passion for developing innovative digital solutions that create meaningful value for the client and agency.
