Job summary

ResMed in San Diego seeks a Group Product Manager for the Device Cloud Platform (IoT) to define and lead the platform strategy, connecting millions of devices into a scalable digital ecosystem for safer, smarter patient care.

You will own the platform lifecycle from discovery to end-of-life, lead OTA updates, shape connectivity and fleet management, and collaborate with embedded software, cloud, data, regulatory and clinical teams while coaching a growing product team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management or related roles.
• Experience owning a platform, infrastructure product, or shared service used across teams.
• Ability to translate strategy into clear roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Proven product leadership, including mentoring other product managers.
• Commercial judgement across cost, value, and operational performance.
• Technical fluency across connected products, cloud platforms, telemetry, and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Define and continually evolve the vision and strategy for the Device Cloud Platform (IoT).
• Translate device, patient, technical, operational, and commercial needs into a clear product roadmap.
• Own the full platform lifecycle from discovery through end-of-life.
• Lead safe, scalable over-the-air software delivery across connected devices.
• Shape strategy for device connectivity and fleet management, including SIM management and cost/value metrics.
• Own cloud-side services powering end-to-end digital experiences across devices, data, and care pathways.
• Define and drive a broader ecosystem and third-party integration strategy with partners and platforms.
• Improve quality, reliability, and accessibility of device and therapy data.
• Partner across embedded software, cloud engineering, product, data, regulatory, quality, and operations.
• Lead, coach, and develop a small product team as the platform grows.
