The Cigna Group is seeking a Senior Director of Data Analysis, Products & Integration in the United States to translate business opportunities into reusable data products and integrated data solutions. Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in data analysis, data products, business process automation, analytics consulting, or enterprise solution delivery.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary engagement point with business customers to understand decisions, use cases, operational processes, and outcomes and how the data supports them.
• Lead a team of Data Analysts responsible for requirements development, data discovery, profiling, analysis, and solution creation, and validation.
• Partner with Data Operations and Data Engineering to ensure solutions reflect business intent and support reuse.
• Coordinate customer feedback, adoption, and transition activities, and ensure successful solutions are integrated into business workflows.
• Facilitate assessment and redesign of business processes that can be improved through data, workflow automation, AI, and process simplification.
