Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in a quantitative field; PhD preferred
• 12+ years of experience in data science, ML, or related fields with leadership
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs and teams in dynamic environments

Responsibilities

• Define and own Codexis' data science and ML agenda with a multi-year roadmap
• Build and lead a high-performing data science team of scientists and engineers
• Guide experimental design, data strategy, and model deployment across programs
• Partner with stakeholders across R&D, manufacturing, and IT to translate needs into analytics solutions
