Qualifications

• Education and experience requirements aligned to multiple bands (Doctorate/Masters with 2+ years, Bachelors with 4+ years, Associates with 8+ years, or HS/GED with 10+ years).
• Experience in data science, statistics, data mining, or applied mathematics.
• Proficiency in programming, coding, system design, and data structures.
• Experience with R, MATLAB, SAS, Python and SQL.
• Ability to translate business questions into analytical solutions and write reusable code.

Responsibilities

• Lead data science, ML, and AI capabilities across the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to derive insights delivering business value.
• Work independently with minimal supervision to drive projects end-to-end.
• Identify business needs, propose analytical approaches, obtain approvals, and execute.
