Job summary

A leading semiconductor company is seeking a technical leader in Austin to head their Graphics Data Center and Accelerated Processing Validation team. This high-visibility role involves managing a large, diverse team that drives test innovation for next-gen ML/AI/HPC products. Qualifications

• Extensive experience working in Silicon/System/Cluster validation.
• Experience in the ML/AI space.
• Strong knowledge of silicon/system test methodologies.
• Prior roles leading other managers and teams of 100+ people.
• Demonstrated strength in developing and growing technical teams.
• Understanding of HW/FW/SW interaction and system-level design.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated ability in 'showing initiative' to get things done.
• Excellent communication skills including presenting to senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-silicon validation planning & execution of System Integration testing.
• Build strong relationships with key engineering organizations.
• Recruit top talent to support the team's growth plans.
• Drive test innovation and strategic initiatives.
• Partner with peers to drive quality enhancements.
• Support debug and customer interactions as required.
