Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Application Engineers validating AMD GPU products.
• Oversee debugging and resolution of customer issues.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for customer engineering challenges.
• Advise customers and ODM partners on AMD tools and validation methodologies.
• Collaborate with ODM factory teams to develop reliability scripts.
• Contribute to technical presentations and training materials.
• Oversee resource allocation and onboarding for new hires.
• Represent the team in strategic planning forums.
