Job summary

DataBank Holdings, Ltd. seeks an experienced community engagement leader to drive non-elected stakeholder engagement across existing and new markets.

You will own stakeholder maps, listening tours, and charitable commitments, translating feedback into action while maintaining long-term relationships. Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, you will coordinate with Construction, Corporate Development, and Sustainability teams, balancing community needs with project timelines and regulatory

Qualifications

• 8+ years in community engagement or related fields with structured programs.
• Experience engaging communities around physical infrastructure with opposition.
• Demonstrated project management across multiple markets.
• Strong written and verbal communication for non-technical audiences.
• Willingness to travel frequently including evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder maps, listening tours, and open houses across markets.
• Synthesize feedback into community needs and commitments.
• Track commitments and coordinate with partners and vendors.
• Coordinate with Construction, Corporate Development, and Sustainability teams.
• Monitor regulatory/industry developments and report to leadership.
