Meta Platforms, Inc. is hiring two Regional Managers to lead teams within its data center Community Engagement organization.

The roles focus on driving community development initiatives across designated regions, coordinating with site selection, operations, policy, communications, and public affairs to align priorities with local infrastructure planning. The positions require 10+ years in public affairs or related fields, a Bachelor's degree, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in public affairs, nonprofit management, government relations, or public-facing engagement.
• Bachelor's degree in public relations, communication, external affairs, business field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with nonprofit grants, donation, and CSR planning.
• Experience to communicate and work with highly confidential information.
• Experience with communication, organizational and program management skills, coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating across internal and external stakeholders with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with local and state policy and legislative processes at the local level.

Responsabilités

• Support community engagement strategy, driving short- and long-term community affairs initiatives in data center communities regionally.
• Advocate for community interests and build relationships across partners to reflect priorities in infrastructure planning.
• Lead and manage a team of community engagement managers with strategic direction and accountability.
• Develop strategies to raise company profile and reputation in assigned communities.
• Build external relationships with stakeholders and elected officials and staff.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with site selection, public policy, communications, legal, and operations.
• Monitor local community needs and report risks to leadership.
• Lead integrated planning across External Affairs, ensuring community engagement is embedded in broader strategies.
• Travel domestically and internationally as needed (up to 75%).
