GISI Consulting Group seeks a Director, Data Architecture, Analytics & Data Governance to lead enterprise data strategy, governance, and analytics across the organization. This remote role supports New York, Philadelphia, or Atlanta operations within the United States.

The role bridges business and IT, driving data-driven decision making, data quality, and AI-enabled initiatives while ensuring security and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related.
• Master's degree preferred (MBA, Data Science, Eng. Mgmt or equivalent).
• 10–15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise systems and data management.
• 3+ years in management roles leading teams.
• Experience leading enterprise data transformation programs across industries such as construction, engineering, or consulting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year enterprise data strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Lead data architecture, analytics, governance, and engineering functions.
• Establish data governance frameworks, policies, and controls across domains.
• Create the data foundation for AI and machine learning initiatives with governance.
• Build and mentor high-performing teams; manage budgets and vendor relationships.
