Job summary

Marmon Holdings, including Marmon Metal Services Group, is seeking a hands-on Director of Data and Analytics to shape the enterprise data strategy and deliver scalable analytics solutions. You will oversee ERP integrations, governance, and governance processes while guiding a small BI team.

Ideal candidates have 8–10+ years in data analytics with strong leadership, hands-on expertise in Power BI, SQL and Azure data services, and experience integrating ERP systems such as Epicor Kinetic.

Qualifications

8-10+ years of progressive experience in data analytics / BI / data engineering or enterprise data, including 3-5 years leading teams.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the enterprise data and analytics strategy, roadmap, priorities, and success measures.
Lead architecture, development, deployment, and support of scalable data platforms, models, pipelines, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
Advance Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure data services, SQL, and Epicor Grow as core analytics capabilities.
Integrate Epicor Kinetic and other ERP systems to deliver timely information.
Partner with executives to translate business needs into practical analytics solutions and measurable outcomes.
Establish data governance, quality, security, and documentation standards.
Lead and develop a small analytics/BI team and support technical delivery.
Build data literacy and self-service through training and user support.
Identify opportunities to automate reporting and apply advanced analytics and AI.
