Role Overview

This individual will lead data architecture, cloud platforms, business intelligence, AI solutions, and governance while managing technical teams and partnering with senior business stakeholders.

• Design and scale enterprise data platforms using Azure, MS Fabric, Databricks, or similar technologies.
• Lead data engineering, ETL/ELT pipelines, integrations, and enterprise data architecture.
• Drive Power BI reporting, dashboards, DAX, and data modeling.
• Implement production AI solutions involving GenAI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and automation.
• Establish data governance, quality, security, and compliance standards.
• Lead and mentor data engineering, analytics, and AI teams, including offshore resources.
• Partner with business leaders to define and execute the enterprise data and AI strategy.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data, analytics, engineering, architecture, or AI.
