Job summary

Otsuka Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. seeks an experienced Director, Data and AI Service Delivery Partner to lead the delivery and service management engine of the DAIP function.

You will partner with Platform Leads, PMO, Finance, and Solution Delivery Partners to convert business demand into reliable services, ensuring end-to-end platform lifecycle governance. Responsibilities include defining SDLC/Agile practices, orchestrating AI/AI-related data platforms, and owning ITSM operations across the DAIP

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive IT experience, with 5+ years in senior delivery and service management leadership roles.
• Deep experience delivering and operating AI/ML, GenAI, data, integration, and analytics platforms at enterprise scale.
• Pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences industry experience preferred; understanding of GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, GDPR, and HIPAA is a plus.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to translate technical delivery matters for business and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end platform/product lifecycle for the DAIP portfolio—from ideation through retirement—enforcing SDLC and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Orchestrate delivery of AI/ML, data, integration solutions with cross-functional partners.
• Own the DAIP ITSM operating model including incident, problem, change, and release management.
• Establish demand management, portfolio planning, and a rolling delivery roadmap visible to IT and business partners.
• Manage FinOps, budget, and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective, compliant operations.
