Job summary

Otsuka Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. seeks a Director, Data and AI Service Delivery Partner to lead the DAIP delivery engine, partnering with Platform Leads, PMO, and business partners to convert demand into reliable services.

You will drive SDLC, Agile, and release disciplines, orchestrate AI/ML solutions, integrations, and data hubs, and ensure operational rigor, cost control, and audit readiness across global teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field required; postgraduate degree preferred.
10+ years IT with 5+ years in senior delivery roles in AI/data.
Deep knowledge of ITIL, SDLC, Agile, and regulated environments.

Responsibilities

Lead platform lifecycle governance for DAIP, spanning ideation to retirement.
Orchestrate AI/ML, data, and integration delivery with global teams.
Own DAIP ITSM operating model, KPIs, and governance across platforms.
Drive demand management, portfolio planning, and vendor management.
Ensure regulatory compliance (CSV, 21 CFR Part 11) and security.
