Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education with 12+ years experience; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven ability to connect team goals to AbbVie-wide objectives and drive engagement.
• Ability to coach, motivate and inspire large teams across matrixed structures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels, including C-Suite.
• Experience directing teams of 15+ across managers, employees, matrixed and external partners.
• Strong ability to translate problems for diverse audiences.
• Thought leadership across multiple technology/business domains.
• Experience managing a budget of at least $15 million.
• Experience in technology operation, strategy, planning and implementation.
