Job summary
BMO Financial Group in Milwaukee, WI seeks a Senior Technology Audit leader to oversee enterprise-wide audit coverage across Cybersecurity and Core Technology. You will shape audit strategy, manage risk assessments, and drive analytics and AI-enabled auditing to deliver timely insights to executives and the Board.
The role requires 15+ years in audit/risk within large financial institutions, senior leadership experience, and a strong track record in transforming audit functions with automation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in Internal Audit, Technology Audit, Cybersecurity, or Risk Management in large banks.
- Senior leadership experience over complex technology domains (cyber, cloud, infra, ops).
- Proven track record leading integrated audit programs across risk domains.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute risk-based, integrated audit strategy across Cybersecurity and Core Technology.
- Lead risk assessments and develop audit coverage strategies for independent assurance.
- Drive analytics, automation, and continuous auditing to improve risk visibility.
- Partner with regulators, control functions, and senior management for effective risk governance.
- Oversee regulatory examinations support and ensure timely, high-quality audit deliverables.
