Qualifications

• An undergraduate degree is required; professional certifications beneficial.
• 15+ years of cyber security experience with at least five years of managing a team.
• Experience in large, complex regulated financial services enterprise.
• Strong ability to lead and influence management and stakeholders.
• Technical acumen in cybersecurity, technology, data protection, IAM, and infrastructure security.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of six professionals across North America with effective challenge.
• Provide independent oversight across cyber and technology risk domains.
• Develop and implement risk management strategy and governance.
• Report to senior management, regulators, and board committees on risk posture.
• Drive maturity of risk capabilities and modernization of risk models.
