Job summary

Clarivate Analytics US LLC is seeking a Senior Director, Cyber Security to drive enterprise-wide strategy, strengthen security operations, and protect systems, data, and customers across healthcare, life sciences, and regulated environments.

You will partner with Technology, Product, Engineering, Privacy, Legal, Compliance and business leaders to advance risk-based security programs, improve control maturity, and lead a high-performing team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Cybersecurity or related field.
12+ years of cyber security experience in regulated environments.
5+ years leading security teams or programs.
Familiarity with ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, CIS Controls.
Experience translating cyber risk to executive guidance.

Responsibilities

Support customer assurance, audits, and regulatory inspections.
Define and execute cyber security strategy, roadmap, and operating model.
Lead programs across security operations, incident response, vulnerability management, governance, risk, and compliance.
Embed security requirements into products, platforms, processes, and vendor relationships.
Oversee monitoring, escalation, investigation, and response for security incidents.
Improve controls, policies, standards, procedures, dashboards, metrics, and reporting.
Identify threats, prioritize remediation with tech teams.
Support audits and regulatory activities with measurable practices.
Develop and lead a high-performing cyber security team.
Communicate cyber risk and performance to executive leadership.
